1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Tee-App, Inc.'s service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy.

• Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.
• We will collect and use personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.

Health & Fitness Data

Gohobee may request access to health and fitness data stored in Apple Health (HealthKit), including step counts and workout information, solely for the purpose of displaying your activity within the app. This data is not transmitted to any external service, including crash reporting services, is not shared with or sold to third parties, and is not used for advertising or any data-mining purposes.

Third-Party Service Processors

This app uses the following services as data processors on our behalf. Each service's privacy policy applies to the data they handle. All of these services are located outside Japan (primarily in the United States), and your data may be transferred internationally. Each processor maintains data protection standards equivalent to those required under applicable privacy regulations.

• Firebase (Google LLC): Anonymous authentication, crash reporting (Crashlytics), analytics, and Cloud Functions (data relay and rate limiting).
• Anthropic, PBC: AI-powered notification message generation (Claude Haiku). Receives the data described in "AI Notification Data" below to generate personalized notification text.

AI Notification Data

To personalize push notifications, the following data may be sent to the Anthropic Claude API via Firebase Cloud Functions:

Data sent:

• Nickname (only if set by the user)
• Character identifier (integer)
• Consecutive training streak (days)
• Days since last training
• Training records for the last 7 days (date, exercise type, count)
• Base notification message text
• Language setting (Japanese / English)

Data NOT sent:

• Firebase UID (used only for rate limiting in Cloud Functions; not passed to the LLM API)
• Location data
• Free-text goal descriptions
• Email address, name, phone number, or any other directly identifying information

Pursuant to Anthropic's API Terms of Service, data sent is used solely to generate notification text and is not used to train Anthropic's models. For details, see Anthropic's Privacy Policy at https://www.anthropic.com/privacy.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or cessation of use of your personal information held by us. You may also request that we stop sharing your information with third parties where applicable. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details below.
